Electronic time fuse FET-1MT
The FET 1MT is a programmable time fuse that also operates on impact. This fuze uses two independent arming mechanisms and the electric detonator is short-circuited until arming.
The FET 1MT is intended for use as a warhead for 81, 82 and 120 mm calibre illumination bombs. By using adapters it can also equip other types of ammunition
- Timing: 3.0 ÷ 99.9 s in 0.1 s steps.
- Impact.
- Simple manual operation.
- Digital setting and unlimited number of settings.
Launch acceleration: minimum 300 g for minimum 1 ms.
Air speed: minimum 70 m/s.
Arming distance: minimum 70 m.
Short-circuited detonator: the electric detonator
is short-circuited until fully armed.
The fire is programmed using a device connected to its connector. Programming time 10 s.
MEF-2 instant-action electronic impact fuse
The MEF-2 is an instantaneous electronic warhead used to equip 120 mm high-explosive bombs.
The MEF-2 uses two independent cocking mechanisms for cocking and safety. The chain of fire is shortened and is not powered until cocking.
The MEF-2 is used to equip 120 mm high explosive bombs. By using adapters it can equip other types of ammunition. The MEF-2 replaces the M6-R mechanical warhead and its equivalents.
The arming of the warhead is achieved by two arming mechanisms: acceleration during launch speed during launch Arming time: 3.5 s.
Total length: max. 111 mm. Diameter: 44 mm. Weight: max. 0.3 kg.
MEF-4 instant-action electronic impact fuse
The MEF-4 can be used with all types of HE mortar bombs of the following calibers: 60 mm, 81 mm, 82 mm, 120 mm.
Mode of operation: detonates the warhead upon impact with the target.
- Shooting: from -40ºC to +60ºC.
Mis-sequencing: Prevents the warhead from arming whenever the airflow arming condition precedes the recoil arming condition.
Arming distance: Minimum 100 m from the muzzle.
Double charge: The warhead will not fire in the gun barrel if double charged. The electric detonator is shorted until arming.
Overall length: 52 mm
Cross section diameter: 40 mm
Penetration depth: 28.8 mm for 120 gauge, 15.7 mm for 82 gauge
Thread size: Sp 36.18 x 2.54 mm
Weight: 0.2 kg
